Hyatt Place London City East

I recently had an amazing experience at this place. The location was perfect just down the street from the tube. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The rooms were soundproofed and spacious, allowing for a quieter and more comfortable stay. The amenities provided were wonderful, including a mini-bar, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The terrace and bar/lounge area were beautiful and relaxing. Lastly, the in-room breakfast was delicious, and the staff were attentive to my needs.

I highly recommend this venue to anybody looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The staff at Hyatt Place were excellent at accommodating our needs. When we arrived early, they kindly stored our luggage so we could explore London hassle-free. they allowed us to check out late, making our departure much more convenient. The night staff was especially friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The whole building was impeccably clean, which gave us peace of mind. We also appreciated that they accepted a delivery for us, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

Despite some minor issues, our overall experience at Hyatt Place was positive. The location was not perfect for walking around, but with the underground just a short distance away, it was easy to reach all the sights we wanted to visit.

Great service from the wait staff, they were friendly and gave us sightseeing tips. Rooms had a city view, comfy beds, and top-quality towels. Rooftop terrace had amazing cocktails and good service. Basement market had fresh pastries and Starbucks coffee. Good location with a Starbucks and Tesco in the same building.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was super clean, with the rooms and hallways well-maintained. The staff, especially the ladies on the floors, were friendly and professional. The location was ideal, with a short 10-minute walk to Spitalfields and close proximity to Aldgate East station. The hotel facilities, such as the gym, were great, and the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with a small sofa, table, and desk. The blackout curtains and soundproofing made for a peaceful and quiet stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to two underground stations, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice-sized bathroom. The hotel also has a rooftop bar, providing a great view of the city skyline.

The staff were all very friendly and cute, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The size of the twin room was excellent, with ample space and a comfortable layout. The TV was also a great size, and the volume settings were perfectly adjustable.

The location was quite busy, being on a high street strip with constant foot traffic. This made the area feel crowded during both the day and night.
